GRANVILLE, OH – The Local Food Economy

March 1, 2010

The Erie Wire visited the 2010 Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA) conference in Granville, OH, to walk the showroom and attend workshops and find out more about what’s driving the local food economy. This podcast expresses the viewpoint and interest of organizations working to build a new network of food consumption for Ohio; a network supported and driven by grassroot efforts.

To read about the OSU extension program see Ohio Market Maker.

Read more about OEFFA.

To get involved with a local food economy in Erie County read about joining a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program and attending the Sandusky Farmers Market.
