Over the past several years, Chef Cesare Avallone and his wife, Andrea, have operated the very successful Zinc Brasserie in downtown Sandusky, featuring local flavors in European-inspired dishes with a chic atmosphere to compliment an incredible dining experience.  Recently, they opened the new Crush Wine Bar, across the street from Zinc, to allow for a lighter fare but with the same uncompromising elegance and taste. Listen as Chef Avallone talks about their decision to open the new restaurant and his inspirations for menu selections. (click on photos for slideshow)
